Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every engagement with OffshoreCorp Services. Please read them before you send an enquiry or sign an engagement letter.
1. About these terms
By sending an enquiry or signing an engagement letter, you agree to these terms. If an engagement letter says something different, the engagement letter applies.
2. Our services
- Company formation in Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Mauritius or Seychelles.
- Licensing support for virtual asset, payment and related applications. The regulator decides whether a licence is granted.
- Services are limited to the scope in your written quote.
3. Quotes, fees and payment
- Our minimum to start depends on the jurisdiction and is between $3,500 and $3,900. The exact fee is set after identity screening and a scope review.
- A quote is valid for the period stated in it. [Validity period to be confirmed by counsel.]
- Government, registry, regulator, bank and third-party costs are extra and are billed at cost.
- Work starts only after the engagement letter is signed and the minimum payment is received.
4. Your obligations
- Give us accurate, complete and current information and documents.
- Tell us promptly if your ownership, directors, business activity or contact details change.
- Meet your own tax, reporting and filing obligations in your country of tax residence.
5. Screening and our right to decline
We must verify every client. You pay the minimum for your jurisdiction to start. If our identity or legal review does not approve the engagement, we keep $700 as a screening fee and refund the rest of the amount you paid to the payment source you used. We may decline, pause or end an engagement if screening is incomplete, if information is inconsistent, or if the law requires it. We may not always be able to give reasons.
6. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee incorporation timelines, bank account opening, licence approval or any tax result. Those decisions belong to registries, banks, regulators and tax authorities.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us under the relevant engagement letter. [Liability cap to be confirmed by counsel.]
8. Governing law
[Governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel.]

Send a complaint to sales@offshoreglobe.com with your name and engagement reference. We acknowledge it by email and aim to reply within a reasonable time. [Complaint timescale to be confirmed by counsel.]
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your engagement is the one in force when you sign your engagement letter.
13. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as government action, natural events or failure of public systems.
