Questions
What is the minimum to start?
It depends on the jurisdiction: $3,500 for Saint Lucia, $3,700 for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and $3,900 for Seychelles and Mauritius.
When do I see the exact fee?
After screening and a scope review, in a written quote that lists what is included and what is not.
What happens if screening does not pass?
We keep $700 as a screening fee and refund the rest to the payment source you used.
Do you guarantee a licence?
No. Regulators decide whether a licence is granted. Our fee covers preparation and coordination.
Which costs are not included?
Government, registry, regulator, bank and capital costs, and any substance requirement, are extra.

Four numbers, one clear sequence
Most firms quote one headline price. We show each part separately, so you can see what you pay now and what comes later.
Minimum to start
The amount you pay first, before screening. It depends on the jurisdiction and is shown on each page.
Screening
Verification, source-of-funds and beneficial-ownership checks. The same standard applies to every client.
Written quote
The exact fee, the scope and the exclusions. You decide whether to proceed after you read it.
Third-party costs
Government, registry, regulator, bank and capital costs. They are passed on at cost and listed in every quote.
Which jurisdiction suits which plan
A short guide. The Jurisdictions page has the full details for each country.
Saint Lucia
A common choice for holding and general commercial structures. English common law and the Eastern Caribbean dollar.
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
Holding and general commercial structures across the main island and the Grenadines. Same currency area as Saint Lucia.
Mauritius
Regulated financial, investment and fund-related activity, with the Financial Services Commission as regulator and a mixed legal system.
Seychelles
Holding and international business structures, with the Financial Services Authority overseeing regulated activity.
When a licence is part of the plan
A licence is needed when your activity is regulated in the jurisdiction where you run it. Virtual asset services, payment services and some investment activities are common examples. Whether your activity is covered depends on the exact business model, so we start with a written pre-assessment.
- We map your activity against the rules in the chosen jurisdiction before you commit.
- We prepare the application pack: business plan, compliance policies and fit-and-proper files.
- We coordinate with local counsel and the regulator, and we answer questions in writing.
- We prepare a first-year filing calendar, so ongoing duties are not missed after approval.
What we check early so it does not happen to you
Unclear source of funds
Regulators and banks ask where the money comes from. A clear, documented answer saves months.
Weak compliance policies
Generic policies that do not match the business are a common reason for follow-up questions.
Ownership that changes
Changes in shareholders or directors during the process restart some checks.
No real substance
Regulators look for local management and governance, not only a registered address.
Three principles we work by
Write it down
Scope, fees and exclusions go in writing before you pay anything beyond the minimum to start.
Say what we cannot do
We do not guarantee approvals, bank accounts or tax results, and we say so in every quote.
Keep records
Every decision and document is recorded, so either side can check what was agreed.
Answers before you enquire
Questions
Can I form a company without a licence?
Company formation and licensing support are separate services. A company can be formed without a licence, but any regulated activity needs the right authorisation first. Confirm your activity with local counsel.
Do I need a local director or office?
It depends on the jurisdiction and the activity. We confirm the substance expectation in the scope review, before you pay beyond the minimum.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on screening, registry processing and how complete the documents are. The written quote gives an estimate for your case.
Can I change the structure later?
Changes are possible but they cost time and money. We recommend settling the structure during the scope review.
Who decides the licence outcome?
The regulator. We prepare and coordinate the application, and we tell you early if we see a risk.
